Our HistoryNew Floorz, LLC began when Justin Van Dyck separated from his partnership within Contemporary Flooring and started his own floor covering company. When the company began Justin mostly focused on the flooring, tile work and countertop needs of residential customers, specifically high end home owners. He thought that by creating a niche within the residential market he would in turn create a company image of a high quality service and products that were more focused on the customer needs, rather than just providing flooring. He wanted to differentiate himself from the large retail flooring companies by promoting the aspect of full customer service.Within the last few years New Floorz has moved from just residential services to providing commercial services as well. Noticing the market demand for the same type of customer service provided to residential customers in the commercial market, New Floorz began bidding on commercial projects. The business is now made up of 60% residential work and about 40% commercial work. New Floorz has become successful in building relationships with contractors which has corresponded to repeat business and increased referrals With New Floorz success and experience, developing a place online where consumers and flooring professionals alike could obtain the products and information they need was the next goal.
