We guarantee to beat any price (with the exception of: going out of business sales, discontinued material, large quantity orders, dealer stock purchases, second quality products, and clearance products). Please note that the best price we can offer is the total price- which will include accessories and shipping charges. Again, if you have found a legitimate lower price including necessary accessories and shipping charges, please contact us and we guarantee to beat that price along with outstanding customer service.
Terms of Sale
All pricing contained herein is subject to change. We guarantee prices shown at the time an order is placed, but cannot honor any possible future lower prices shown any amount of time after an order has been placed.
Payment
We accept all major credit cards- Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express and payment through Pay Pal. We do accept checks, however the funds must clear before order is shipped.
Shipping
Please review our standard shipping process and rates.
New Floorz ships from many locations throughout the United States. All shipping is handled through a third party freight carrier. After your order is processed, we will schedule it for shipment. The shipping carrier will then contact you with the shipping information. The following options are available for your order:
Terminal Pickup- $149.00 This pickup will either be located at a nearby freight terminal or at one of the manufacturers warehouse locations. You will be contacted with further information regarding this option.
Residential- $249.00 This delivery is made curbside of your home, and the client must be home to accept the shipment. The driver will bring the product to the back of the truck, and you are responsible for offloading the product. Please note that drivers are unable to assist with the offloading process. We recommend having someone to assist you. Delivery with a lift gate option is also available for an extra charge. The driver will lower the product to the curbside or driveway. Again, the driver is unable to assist with bringing the product into the house, as this is the client’s responsibility.
Business- $200.00 This delivery is made curbside of your business and you are responsible for offloading the product from the truck. Please note that drivers are unable to assist with the offloading process. Also, this option is available for commercially zoned businesses only.
Construction Site- $200.00 This delivery option is available to clients who are in the process of construction of a new residence, or our clients who are contractors, developers or installers. This option applies to new residential construction, new commercial construction or commercial remodeling only. Please note that the driver is unable to assist with offloading the product. Please have crew available to assist you.
Delivery Time
After your order is submitted, please allow 24 to 48 hours for it be processed. After your order is processed, the freight carrier is notified. The order should take 7 to 10 business days to arrive. Please note that this excludes non-stocked, special or transferred orders. Also, this estimated time frame only applies to the contiguous United States. The time of delivery for Alaska, Hawaii and anywhere outside of the United States will be longer.
Acceptance of Delivery
If you have chosen residential, business or construction site delivery- please remember this is a curbside delivery, during which the driver will not be able to assist you with the unloading process. It is recommended that you have someone else available to assist you with this. At the time your order is received, someone must be present to inspect for damages and/or missing items and note such damages or missing items on the Bill of Lading. We suggest having a copy of your invoice with you to easily verify all the products ordered along with the checklist we will provide. New Floorz works with the best freight carriers in the nation in order to assure a timely and safe delivery of your product, however New Floorz cannot be held responsible for any damages, or shortages that occur after the carrier has picked up the order. All claims for products lost, stolen or damaged in transit must be made against the freight carrier, not against New Floorz.

Cancellation Policy
In the unlikely event that you wish to cancel your order, please note that all orders are subject to processing and restocking fees from the manufacturer, along with all necessary freight charges. While we understand that situations may arise in which you may need to cancel, we would ask that you please contact us to see if there is anything we can do to further assist you without cancellation of your order.
Return Policy
At New Floorz it is our focus to ensure your complete satisfaction with your purchase. In the event that you need to return a portion or all products ordered, please be aware of our Return Policy as follows:
- Returns must be made within 30 days of receiving product.
- You are responsible for all shipping costs.
- We can only accept returns on 4 cartons or more.
- Any returned cartons must be factory sealed. We cannot accept returns on opened cartons.
- Your refund will be processed within 4 to 6 weeks of return.
- Certain items may be subject to a restocking fee, including, but not limited to any items returned without return authorization - including canceled orders and refused shipments. This is in addition to original and return shipping charges, if any.
- With some products there may be a "no return policy" placed by the manufacturer or distributor. Please ask contact New Floorz prior to making a purchase if your order has a "no return policy".
Non-returnable items:
- Area Rugs
- Accessories including, but not limited to, trim, adhesives, non-featured underlayment, moldings, and cleaning materials
- Clearance, promotional or sale products
- Ceramic tile products
Note:
Products improperly installed are not considered defective. It is the client’s responsibility to inspect and approve the quality and correctness of the product prior to installation. New Floorz will not be held responsible for any cost associated with replacement or repair of such products.
Warranties
If your flooring is sold with a manufacturer’s warranty, we will stand behind you in any reasonable claims you may have regarding your flooring. We will do our best in facilitating communication and timely action between you and the manufacturer. However, please note there are some natural occurrences that do not fall under the manufacturer's warranty that you may or may not have with your product. They are as follows:- Damages to flooring caused by extreme or abnormal environmental issues such as moisture conditions that may cause cupping, buckling or contraction
- Improper installation damage
- Damage caused by items dropped, dragged or rolled across flooring
- Natural color changes or fading within hardwood
